editor help

jus wondered y ther is no editor on the game, i am fairly new to the later games and love the new layouts etc, and jus read a few other threads n there seems to be alot of problems that i am not witnessing! what are these? anyway about editor, how do u get it as waiting for the patch is doing my head in, is the editor the same as in the older versions?

there is an editor, its location is dependant on if you installed through steam or not iirc.
