I have made a few notes and one is a weekly reminder however, it never comes up to inform me what I have written down, this may sound noobish but is there a way to solve it?

Clicking on the note takes you to the notes screen and from there you can select the appropriate note and view any information.

you can set a reminder over a specific time.

To OP, maybe post a screenshot to show what you have done etc, it sounds like a bug to me
