I love FM, I know it has flaws and issues and it drives my bat-ass crazy sometimes, but it's wonderful. More importantly these games actually introduced me to Footie. I was born and raised in the states and had never thought about football until I picked up FM 08 on a whim. (It was 5 bucks at a used bookstore) I've have never played, never been to a match, but be damned if this game hasn't turned me on to the greatest sport in the world. With all the SI bashing threads we see on here (no offense, I'm sure every thread as it's reason), I just wanted to give props to the reason I now DVR the NFL on the weekend, because I'm too busy watching the EPL.
