Manager profile not updating

Just wanted to check if anyone else has has this problem, couldn't find it after a search. My profile never updates - for example:

- my preferred formation states 4-1-3-2. I maybe played 5 games with that formation in my first season, I am now half way through my second season yet this never changes.

- it says I avoid talking to journalists wherever possible. I have made the point of doing every press conference for over 6 months and again, this doesn't change.

any suggestions are much appreciated!

1. It takes time as you'd expect for updates

2. Do you ever speak to the journalists aside from when the want to speak to you

thanks for the reply. the thing is, I never play 4-1-3-2 so not sure why it states this. I go to the press about players and managers - is that what you mean?

I've played the same tactic for 3 seasons: 4-2-3-1 yet my manager profile says my preferted formation is 4-3-3....

Interacation - yes thats what I mean. I believe it takes time for the updates and is just a bit slow. How long have you been playing a specific formation - is this the same as you have in the match prep screen

yep, same that I have in match prep. I play either a 4-3-3 or 4-4-2, and have played only these for over a season
