Hi there. As the title states I had to delete the app as it completely froze. Can I redownload it again without having to pay? Via iTunes or something? Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thanks.

yes you can re-download. click on the 6.99 tab in itunes and it will say you have previously installed the app. The app will then install for free.

Please let us know if, after re-downloading, the app works correctly. As thebugel has said you should able to re-download purchases free of charge.
