I have falling victim to the trusty old bug known as Stadium Planning.
The planning was set to finish on July 12th, it is now 18th July and still nothing about the start of building the stadium. Guess I got to wait till end of this current season before it fixes itself.

its late August 2011, 6 weeks after the planning finished and still nothing, I guess i fall into the same boat with this bug, got to wait till end of the current season (er rather 12th July) for it to fix itself. Oh well
