    Struggling financially? Probably the club isn't paying it's maintenance bills fully, hence the stand closure.

    On my Sporting CP save they've lowered Vit. Setubal's capacity as well as P. Ferreira's guess it doesn't mean much to them as they never come close to filling their stadiums anyway.
