Players falling out

on my barcelona save, cesar azpilicueta seems to fall out with players on mine. first him and pedro, so i put it down to pedro as he had been behaving rather childishly before this happened. now mascherano has come to me saying he doesn't like him which is a problem as mascherano has lots of friends in the squad.

dont want to sell azpilicueta as he has all the right stats for the position, is young and has a big future. cant see why other players keep falling out with him as his personality and everything seem calm enough.

what is best to do in these situations? should i sell him in january and bring someone else in? or may the problem resolve its self?
