Game stalls when playing online and making a sub

When I play the game alone, I can make substitutions fine. When I play across the internet, the match engine stops after I make a substitution. The only way I can continue is by kicking the other player off. Then fine. I am the host at the time. Any ideas anyone? We both have 11.1.1

I have had this several times (me as host), does it only crash for you while he is watching you matches?

The person I'm playing with seems to think that may be the cause, haven't been able to test since though.

This has been reported numerous times in the bug section, and the viable solution right now is to holiday until the match is over. hoping SI has noticed it and fixes it in the 11.2 patch :P
