Coaches dropping off training each time I sign a new one

Is this happening to everyone?

I have to re-assign my coaches after a new one as they have all gone back to some useless preset configuration.

i found that when i set some coaches to do nothing they go and start doing something anyway which was a little annoying. Initially i'm running a fitness regime in pre season and so dont need most of the coaches to work with the first team. Every time i make the changes it does indeed reset back as if i hadn't done anything.
