I don't understand the bit about only in UK you can download the demo on Thursday? I live in Malaysia so does that mean I won't be able to download the game from the mirror website when it comes live? If not it's ludicrous and ****ing childish to be honesty. Why do people only in UK get favors while others wait two days for the demo to come out? It's 4:24AM here and am staying this late just so I could download this god-for-saken game. This is the sort of treatment why people do pirating because it's expensive to buy yet no one appreciates you spending your savings to buy the game in an honest manner.

My concern is, if, as you said, I go to sleep and wake up the time you mentioned would I be able to download the demo or do I have to wait till their UK fans are satisfied? It is poor business really that I am forced to download Steam just so they could make few more bucks out of that company. I don't know sh*t about using Steam. And when the official game is out am expected to pay RM172 (roughly USD 55).

I just don't understand why they are giving special favors for one country? Are we too cheap for them? Or they just don't appreciate taking our savings?

Nicely put. But TV stations want the maximum ordiance, so they release things in the evening, when people in general have finished work/school/college etc.

Making it availiable at midnight means the amount people downlaoding at once will be staggered.

And it has happend before that all of a sudden SI say "..it's out"

I have being rejected to view football videos coz I don't live in UK so thought it was same the deal. I don't have Miles on twitter. And Demo is good indication on whether one would pay such amount for the full game or not. There is a reason why they release.

Exactly my point. Both used the words 'coming soon'. You suggested that it would be closer to midnight release, rather than 9am, based solely on the fact Steam used the coming 'soon'. The word soon does not mean it will be released at midnight.

There will be a blog released at 23.59 tonight on the MirrorFootball's website. This blog will contain the information that you are all arguing about, that is, when the demo will be available to download and where you can download it from.

Nobody knows when it will be available to download which is why we are all waiting for the blog to find out. So now you know that up until the blog is released, nobody knows when the demo will be released be it midnight or tomorrow morning so why still talk about it as if someone knows?

no, what's childish and pathetic is the way a minority act over a free demo, SI are 1 of a few companies that do give you the option of a sample buy

not every games company offer you such a deal and on release day you have to decide if you will buy it or not according to reviews

would it really have made a huge difference to your life if you couldn't download it until friday?

LOL!! So funny. You must be a journalist or polotician, only highlighting the bit that says IT WILL............, but leaveing out the three words before it, which were, "the chances are". So you see at no time did I say the demo WOULD be out at midnight, I only said the chances are it will be, and neither was it a stab in the dark, as I never said it would be out at midnight. You may need to disable Sophos or try and allow it to accept steam. Then reable it! There must be a tools/option menu?
