Apply for managerial positions at:
I've just left my job as and I'm looking for a new one in league 1 or the championship but I am bit confused to whether that would be higher division clubs or lower division can someone please clear this up? thanks
It is difficult to work out what you are asking as you have not stated what club you have left from. The Championship is a higher league than League 1 in English football
sorry I should have made my OP a bit clearer when you holiday you can apply for jobs at:
-Higher reputation clubs
-Top Division clubs
-Higher Division clubs
-Lower Division clubs
-Bottom Division clubs
I just wanted to find out what section league 1 and Championship clubs would fall under I was thinking Higher Division clubs for the Championship and Lower Division clubs for League 1 teams?
by the way the club I have just left is Darlington in league 1.

If you are unemployed I have always found this a tad confusing myself.
I always assumed that each club falls into one of the categories above, which ones they are exactly I am not sure. When unemployed I dont think it matters which level of club you have come from.
Anyone know the answer to this?
What's the exact definition of Higher Division clubs and Lower Division clubs?
Higher division being top two, perhaps? Very confusing.......
I am, of course, asking about when you're unemployed.
Perhaps it's just an option for those already employed?
I guess it's pretty straightforward as long as you are employed somewhere.
But when you're unemployed the wording makes no sense. Have no experience to share with having used the option under these circumstances
Id imagine that if your unemployed, "Higher and "Lower" would be based on your manager's reputation.
