Switching saved game between Mac and Windows

Now, this may seem like a stupid question to some - but can I move a saved game file from my imac onto a laptop using Windows and carry on with the game without any hassle?

Yes. Just copy the file across and it works fine.

I know that the disk has both mac and pc versions of the actual program but I dont know about the actual save game being compatable between systems though.

I do this all the time, save games are compatible, but make sure any extra databases/patches you are using are on both machines
