Premiership unregistered players? FM11

Now because of the new rule, of having to register 25 players, 8 being home grown...

Does this mean Premiership clubs will be more willing to loan out the un-used players?

For example,

James Vaughan, not in the Everton squad so they loaned him out to a championship club..
Same with, Luke Moore from WBA they have said they are willing to loan him out...

So basically, have FM made it easier to loan the players left out, or maybe get a news report saying who hasn't been registered or something?
Cause that would be brilliant, for us lower league users...
Just would be a nice touch, hoping they have added this/ fought about this

It depends but hopefully it will be easier to loan players who arent registered. Dont forget though if a player is under 21, then it doesnt matter.

Yeah, but im sure there will be some good players left out after up and coming transfer windows players that are over 21...

Yh there will be but irl there arent many decent players over 21 that are decent. I think there are 2 from Man City, 1 from West Brom. There arent many though.
