'Has lost confidence in his manager's ability'

After a poor run of results earlier in the season, it said on the 'personal' page of my best central defender's profile that he had lost confidence in my ability. The form has since recovered, but the message has remained there.

Is this likely to be there forever, or will it eventually go if the results stay postive?

I've just had to sell my other decent central defender due to him being unhappy about me blocking a move to Chelsea so I can't afford to lose him! The other guy, eventually Chelsea offered me just short of £10m, which was an offer I couldn't refuse for a player who had been unhappy for 4 months.

Does Has lost confidence in his manager's ability mean a player has lost all confidence, or just some confidence?

I have had the same problem with daniel agger in my first season as liverpool.. I start bad but now im 2nd and he is still complaining.. it wont go away.
should I just sell him ? lol.

This is what I always do. If a player loses confidence, it's unlikely he'll recover it. Besides, there's always the risk it'll spread to other players in the squad if he's got influence. And it affects performance as far as I've noticed.

If you start winning and get closer to achieving the chairmans expectations then the players will begin to love you again...fickle bunch they are!
