Going to start a Birmingham team on FM and just wondered if there is any way I could get our new players on our team, if there has been a patch or whatever released with all the Summer transfers on or if that's not possible, a link to an editor program if there is one, would be also much appreciated

You can do it yourself in the Editor that comes with the game, or look in the Editors Hideaway, where I believe several people have created updates.
