Signing Players - Chemistry

Might seem a stupid question but does signing English players for an English club actually help, obviously it does irl but does the game reflect this, communication, chemistry, team spirit etc? Thanks

Speaking the same language as the club's nation and as the majority of the squad helps some, I'm sure. I think a lot of it is also down to personalities. I've had players come into the squad and not learn the language their entire first season but still have a fabulous year.

Im just dweeling over what DM to sign, lots of Argentinians, then players like Brian Stock, who is Welsh (I'm Newcastle in a brand new save).
