Key Stats Ass Man Scouts Physios & Coaches

Recommended Posts

Damn, I wish someone had thought about discussing staff attributes before ;)

Do a search to find the more in depth answers but as a general guideline:

Physios: Physio (surprisingly).

Scouts: JPA & JPP mainly. I also like tactical knowledge for those scouting your next opposition.

Coaches: Relevant coaching attributes + determination, motivation & discipline.

AMs: Depends what you want them to do. If you want them to coach then as a coach, if you want them to judge your squad than as a scout or if you want them to do team talks etc then motivating, tactical knowledge & man management.

A quick guide to coaches.

All coaches must have a good combination of Determination, Discipline & Motivation. If he is lacking in one the these attributes then he must be very strong in the other two to make up for it.

They must also be very strong in these coaching attributes.

If you are going to post a guide like that do it properly otherwise it can be misleading.

Below DDM = Determination + Discipline + Motivation.

Fitness + DDM (Fitness is approx four times more important than DDM)

Goalkeeping Training:

Goalkeepers + DDM (GK is twice as important as DDM)

Tactical Training:

Tactical + DDM (Tactical is twice as important as DDM)

Ball Control Training:

Technical (Technical is twice as important as Mental and three times more important than DDM)

Mental

DDM

Defending Training:

Defending (Defending is around three times more important than the rest which are all equal)

Tactical

DDM

Attacking Training:

Attacking (Attacking is twice as important as Tactical and three times more important than DDM)

Tactical

DDM

Shooting Training:

Technical (Technical is twice as important as Attacking and three times more important than DDM)

Attacking

Cougar2010 Forgive me if I am wrong, but shouldn't it read like this.

Fitness Coach Fitness x 9 Add DDM x 2

GK Coach GK x 2 Add DDM x 2

Tactics Tactical Coaching x 2 Add DDM

Ball Control Technical x 6 Add Mentality x 3 Add DDM x 2

Defence Defending x 8 Add (Tactical plus DDM) x 3

Attack Attacking x 6 Add Tactics x 3 Add DDM x 2

Shooting Technical x 6 Add Attacking x 3 Add DDM x 2

Set Pieces (Attacking Add Mentality Add Technical) x 3 Add DDM x 2
