Go to Your Team > Confidence and click on your Fan Spokesman's name. He should have a FaceGen image...

Youth players are generated a face by facegen, you'll find them in lower league youth teams.. and a few in your own team at the end of the season.

There's also quite a few generated staff with facegen pictures.

Sorry mate, you can't control facegen. it is an application that randomly generates a face based on a few factors

In theory that ought to be possible, given that each facegen picture is just a small string of numbers that the game has to save somewhere. Some enterprising soul could potentially write an application that extracts this from the save-game and lets you change it.

The idea of facegen is pretty good. I just don't like the fact that all players I see have changed after I've reloaded the game. They seem to have 2 faces. Although it's only the hair that changes it's pretty annoying...

Can't wait to see my youth players age in their facegens. One of my keepers got a new hair style which was quite funny for me. I think his hair colour also changed.

Start a new game and use the option no real players.

EVERY player will have a facegen and it does really add something to the game. (At least some haircuts...)

Just a guess but I'd say he has a black name.

Something like Okukajogwe Nagombobombo. With a white face.

It's a known bug, particularly in French/African newgens.

Yesterday my scout recommened a Leeds youth player at first i thought it was a facegen then i looked closely and it was actually a real player, he had a dodgy facegen like haircut and artificial looking face. I think his surname was Ovington, is about 15 or 16 at the start of the game.
