SFC_Jordi
Basically, Sunderland and the other two clubs got promoted straight away. and their Parachute payment is not needed, so they share it among the other clubs in the FL.
Tom14
When a club gets relegated from the Premiership they receive a 'parachute payment' each year for around 3 years. If the club gets promoted to the Premiership during that time then the parachute payment they should have received for that year gets shared between all the clubs from the Championship to League 2.
