    Default Non-EU nations w/o U18 signing rule

Does anybody here know of any non european nations that allow you sign their U18 players?

Most of the best countries have rules where they do not allow their kids Under 18 to sign for foreign clubs (as many of you know). Any countries out there where this doesn't apply?

I believe it's a FIFA rule that is supposed to limit the transfers of u18 players Internationally. I think FIFA are supposed to meet and decide each transfer on a case-by-case basis and either approve or reject it.

Obviously thats unworkable in FM, so it's easier just to ban the transfer of u18 players.

Americans that aren't MLS draft protected. Vast majority are though. What that means though is any U18s actually on an MLS roster having already been drafted - can be bought.
