Steam Account Hijack

I have not been able to play Fm10 now for a couple of weeks because of problems with Steam.

It appears that my account with steam has been hijacked, I have put in a request for this to be looked into be Steam but they dont seem to be doing anything about it.

I bought my DVD copy of FM10 legitimatly and now I am unable to play it.

Just wondering if anyone else has been in this situation and what they did about it to get it sorted, I feel ripped off that I have paid the money for something that I cannot now use.

Is it worth storing my saved game somewhere, uninstalling everything then installing it back on but not using steam?

Damn, that sucks From what I've heard Steam's customer service is quite poor in these situations, but hopefully you'll get your accound back! I'd suggest reinstalling FM without using Steam for now.
