markypoos77
So many times ive been playing and had a man sent off or the opposition have had a player sent off and it doesn't really mean anything. Latest example is that i was playing a team who were down to 10 men, i was 1-0 up. within next 15 minutes, bang 1-1. They then go down to 9 men - within 10 minutes bang 2-2. And then when team x have player sent off and i sub a defender for an extra attacker i get spanked. Very annoying. Anyone else feel this?
AjaxNo1
I tend to have a tactic for when I go down to 10 men that works so I tend to be OK, but I have beat most teams that go down to 10 men and found the game alot easier than I would of 11 vs 11. SeanNUFC
I have the same trouble, if anything going down to ten men seems to help AI teams and they sometimes score.
Koki
To be honest, It happens a lot in real life, too. If determined squads are down to ten men, they sometimes seem to get a morale boost.

robertcornell68
Beating ten men: It's the one thing in the game I just cannot get right. In fact, when the other team go down to ten I switch to ultra-defensive and try to hold out for the draw. On the other hand, winning with ten men is easy. In my opinion, determination is overpowered. Administrators Neil Brock Posted May 24, 2010 Administrators Share Posted May 24, 2010 If you've got a number of examples we'd be interested in seeing them, however often a simple tactical change can normally outpass and outwork a team down to ten men. I find spreading the play and moving the ball about quicker normally creates more space for side, you just need to be careful not to be caught on the break. backpackant
I have a tactic for when I go down to 10 and a tactic for playing against 10. Playing against 10 is easy. Just control, counter attack and pass into space. Usually gets me a goal or two.
