If the player world class in his natural position, does it apply to acc & comp ?

For example if the player world class in DM position, does it apply to cm and cd position which is his accomplish position ?

I think the reputation doesn't influenced by the position.. When the player have world wide reputation, it do in all the position..

Interesting question- world class rating probably refers to his current CA which is calculated on the attributes that are critical for his natural position. If he was rated in a position in which he was only accomplished, then his CA in that position would be slightly lower so may not then be classed as world class.
