Im in 2026. I started off with Zaragoza, won Liga 4 times and CL once, then got job from Juventus as they had become bottom team in Serie A, there i won champion 4 times in a row and CL 3 times in a row. Then i applied for Crystal Palace in League 1, promoted to Premier in 2,5 half seasons and just started 3rd season there (7th last season and in UEFA now)
Not that many real players left in the game hehe
Oh, and i won World Cup 2026 with Israel. They have pretty awesome players "nowdays".
Started with Real Madrid, was with them for 3 years alongside managing Spain, then went to Arsenal for one season, then Chelsea for 2 seasons, then man utd for 2 seasons, then got bored and went to plymouth argyle, and have been there for around 6-7 seasons.
save 1 season 3 with Dinamo Buc. ended (my most successful save so far 3 league titles, 1 cup, and two Champions league group appearance thanks to which my bank balance is over the roof 27+ million euros, the second club from the country only worth around 10 million)
save 2 2018 summer just got relegated after promotion from Portuguese first league.
End of the season 2029-2030. My second season managing Dortmund, my 12th club so far.
Also managing Scotland, getting ready for the WC 2030 atm.
In the group with South-Korea, Austria & Tunisia, so that won't be a problem.
England, Ukraine (WC winners 2022 & runner up 2026), France & Netherlands FAILED to qualify, so I guess I even make a bit of a chance of winning it .
I recently started a new save so I am in 2009/10. So far the furthest I have gotten into the game with FM2010 is the 2015/16 season. My "record" for any FM game is about 11-12 seasons as I tend to start a new save instead of finding a new team with the same manager when the mood strikes.
2028. Downloaded a holidayed game from 2020, joined liverpool who were struggling in 2021, and have made them the dominant force in the world for the past 6 and a half seasons. Also started managing England following the 2022 World Cup. Have won everything with England that I've been in.
Start of the 2027/28 season with Lusitano de Evora in Portugal, worked from the bottom to the top and now running the Liga Sagres with four straight titles, hoping to challenge for the Champions League this season.
Lost... And also naked.. Do you know where i live?
Re: What year your in?
2018/19... pre-season with Leeds aiming for a 5th straight Premiership title, 4th straight Champions League title. Although having won 7 out of 7 trophies last season i doubt i'll be carrying on with it. Also manager of England who have won 3 straight World Cups and the 2016 Euro's (Capello won it in 2010 and i took over after he retired in 2013 winning 2 World Cups, 1 Euro Championship and 2 Confederations Cups).
The year 2021. been with my current team Wishaw from the start in a revamped scottish league structure taking them from the 3rd division to Spl winners. This is probably the longest ever save i have had on FM and i am still loving it.
2023. Started with Sligo Rovers in Ireland, took them to Champions League groups. Managed Ireland u21s and Ireland (3 times), South Korea and Poland. Won Prem(2) and CL, League Cup(2), FA Cup(3) in my 4 years at West Ham. Took Liverpool back to Prem titles and Champions League win after previously finishing 16th. Then got bored and took BSP Southport to the Prem (consecutive seasons) left and now at Real Madrid
At moment have reached Fen 2014.

As England Manager i have won European Championship 2012 and Confederations Cup 2013 Was only appoint manager in June 2012
My other manager
Won the Championship 2012/2013
Sitting 13th in primeiership at moment with David Beckham in squad at 38 he he.
Throught to league cup Final as well.
As Arsenal manager slowly going for youth players and trying get youngster in and train them up. Have managed to make wilshire world class and Walcott and Landsbury. Kieron Gibbs and Jack Rodwell and Joe Hart all first team players for Arsenal and England as well.
2024. Started with Dover Athletic in Blue Square South. Still with Dover. Don't think I'll move clubs in this save. Did experiment with moving in an alternate savefile but it just didn't feel right. Got boring once in a while... and I stopped for 2 spells of maybe a month or so, once very recently due to a hard disk crash (one month old WD Green 500GB) but it was a needed break away from the game.
What keeps me going: I want a stadium named after me, and a son to appear in the youth squad. We built a new stadium while I was already club legend but it was named Dover Stadium. So disappointed, but it's a 26000 seater and we will need a bigger stadium somewhere down the road.
1st season---> Valladolid - came 6th which was quite good as they were relegated irl
2nd season---> MK Dons - quit in feb quite boring i got them out of the relegation zone then when i looked they got relegated anyway.
3rd season---> Las palmas - they just got promoted to Liga BBVA so i thought why not
Year 2034, same game than in the start of this thread. Im with Messina and first season in Serie A. (got them from Serie C2 in 4,5 seasons) Very tough, started off very well but then had 9 defeats in a row, struggling ever since. Now im a point ahead the relegation.
I noticed someting interesting, I only have about 2000 season ticket holders, thats 68th in Italy, theres plenty Serie C teams ahead me. While, i have the capacity of 40k...
Lack of funds (wage budget 135k/w and £4m for transfers) and the fact i renew more than half of the squad has really made it difficult this season, but i hope ill pull it through and challenge Euro spots next season. I won EC and Confederations cup with Holland recently, yay.
Im in Jan 2016 now, took the inter(team i am fan of)job 4 season ago and im desperately trying to win the CL with them.I have had the worst luck so far(never reached the semis),this year is my 4rd attempt.
Im in the 2027 / 2028 season. Been with Spurs the whole time. Ive won 13 Premiership titles (10 in a row), 9 Champions Leagues (7 in a row), 13 FA Cups, 15 League Cups, 11 Community shields. Also won a World Cup with Spain and a world Cup with England. Recently got a new stadium named after me but still waiting for my first son. I love this game!
I won the Spanish Cup in 2011, and finished runner-up in La Liga in 2012-2013. Haven't won anything else yet, but I have a very young team because almost all of my signings have been 16 year old newgens.
Just starting the 2019/2020 season I think. Started as Greenock Morton ('my' team) and left about a third into the 2016 season, won the treble the season before (as well as another Scottish Cup a couple of seasons previously)...only time I've ever done that as Morton in any of the CM/FM series.
Left to go to AC Milan who were in the relegation zone at the time, with a squad full of sand dancers. Finished 6th and won the UEFA Cup. Just won second in a row Serie A, winning 30+ games and only lost 1...in fact only lost 2 games all season which is about my best ever. Other loss was first leg away to Barca 2-0 in Champs League Semi, hammered them at home but only won 2-0...went out on pens.
Probably give it another season to try and win Champs League...think it's time to move to another club already though.
For all these long save games where you are at the SAME team the entire time....do you use the SAME tactic year in and year out and build your team around the tactic?
I have spent 20 seasons with one club at Lusitano de Evora in Portugal, I have used three different formations over those years, but the tactic gets a little tweak each season as I play depending on the players I can find and the strengths I have coming through.
