Can I patch the demo version?

Hello.

Still playing FM2009 (year 2023!),... I wanted to wait for FM2011, but I dont think I can wait any longer. and Arsenal.com have the arsenal version for £15.

I want to test the demo version first though, to see if its worth it, only thing is, I want to play the 10.3 version (latest update).

If I download the demo, and then download the 10.3 patch, will it be compatible with demo?

also if you have time.....can you let me know in your opinion if its worth playing for a few months while i wait for 2011. Like whats the best new improvements, and the whats the worst thing about the game, as theres always something.

Pretty sure you cant apply a patch to the demo. What would be the point when the game stops after six months?

FM11 is over 5 months away so it might be worth getting FM10 on the cheap somewhere if you can. Maybe a second hand copy at GAME or something?

Is 10.3 a major improvement?, or is the game how it comes (10.0/Demo) still good enough to play.

I probly will buy it in the end, but only after testing it.....would playing the demo give me a good idea, or is it rubbish compaired to the 10.3 update?, thanks again

when i played the demo, i sucked. cause the tactics were different but this drove me to buy the game and show them why on fm 08, i was don!
