Physios and youth coaches

Recommended Posts

Hello.

Does anyone know, is there a reason to have more than one physio? Also, what kind of attribute does represent accurasy of injury time prediction?

And why are youth coaches is needed, if i can make general coach to train my regens? Is there any benefit from assigning two coaches to same training?

Thanks in advance.

More hands make light work. If you can afford more hands.

Youth coaches are specialists in developing young players.

i think everyone thinks like that but there is no proof about it. just we can hope these are true.

no one has ever established any advantage.

also, what kind of attribute does represent accurasy of injury time prediction?

just he physio attribute

and why are youth coaches is needed, if i can make general coach to train my regens?

again, no one has established any advantage other than youth/specialist coaches generally ask fo rles wages.

is there any benefit from assigning two coaches to same training?

only to ensure low workload

thanks in advance.

It's common sense that two good physios will be able to cope a lot better dealing with ten injuries than one good physio.

May be, but that's not always the correct logic to apply to team talks, press conferences etc. No one has ever succeeded in demonstrating that to be the case.

Nb. I spend a lot of time in the Tactics & Training forum where these tests are reported; a place you don't go, S :)

Same with your point Quads - it's an undemonstrated assumption, as you recognise.
