Not even regens are called up to German national teams?

Yes I know about why they can't have real players this is not about that.

I've been noticing that my regens are getting called up to the German youth squads any more either, and it probably all started with 10.3. When I first started this game in 10.2 regens were getting called but it stopped. Funny thing is Felix Magath keeps attending my matches to scout my players.

For example,

The German U21 squad:

Could someone else please look at the German national teams in their saves and see if they have regens or not?

The german team in my save is also blank, and I too have german regens who has been capped earlier.

It's a licensing issue.

You can remove this restriction but you're not supposed to discuss it here - but it's easy to Google.

I don't see the point of there being a file to stop it if it can be so easily rid of.
