phnompenhandy Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 The greys just fill in the empty spaces so a reserve team can be put out. Every time to move a 'real' player into the squad a grey will disappear. If you have a big youth squad, move some of them - manage it so there is a player for each position in each squad as far as possible; that way the optimum amount will get game time.
