Scouting reports help

I'm having issues seeing all my scouts' reports. I have a scout currently on assignment to Scandanavia. It says he is currently in Finland, and there are 11 reports. I highlight that assignment and click "view reports" down at the bottom. However, it only brings up one report on a player that I individually scouted a while ago. It says the reports are "filtered by assignment." I went to the dropdown and cleared the filter, but it doesn't do anything. How do I see the other reports? This is making scouting useless in my game.

If you have the scout on another assignment in addition to Scandinavia (like a competition), then the other 10 reports could be from that and it wouldn't show them.

Whether that's it or not, if you click on the scout and then select the "Reports" tab that should show everything.
