What am I doing wrong?

Everytime I play my team plays alright (just normal) up until about 20 games and then I can't win an away game. I've tried changing tactics.

I had the same problem with the 10.1 patch. Not sure if 10.2 solved it or if it was changing my teamtalks. Trying to maintain morale rather than commenting on the actual match situation has seen a huge improvement.

I find confidence and morale really becomes important around February/March time, having the same problem with Everton. We're doing OK but far too many narrrow defeats has killed our Champions League place threat. Havent really found a solution, but rest assured others have the same problem!

Harsh talks only at home and to players with Superb morale. My personal rule - works
