    Default FM2010 Time Machine

Your probably thinking wtf! But let me explain, I have decided to emulate a ‘time-machine’ in Football Manager terms. I have holidayed many seasons in different countries and saved the game after each year.

This will allow you, the fans, to download a save from 2010 or any year up to 2025, I will be looking to further the years soon, but I wanted to use 2025 as a solid base to get lots of different countries done.

This post will be updated every time a new country on FM2010 gets ‘time machine’d’ and I will link you to the post which will contain the list of saves for that specific country.
I hope you enjoy this feature, because it will allow you to start a new game but in the future, just by downloading a save game. It’s as simple as that….Do you want to play with all regens in the year 2025? Or just get the first season over and done with because its boring? The time machine has alot of possibilities and different scenarios for you to utilize so enjoy

    Countries so far:

    England - http://www.aidtheboss.com/england-fm2010-time-machine/
    Italy - http://aidtheboss.com/fm2010-time-machine-italy/
    Spain - http://aidtheboss.com/spain-fm2010-time-machine/
    Germany - http://aidtheboss.com/germany-fm2010-time-machine/
    France - http://aidtheboss.com/france-fm2010-time-machine/
    Scotland - http://www.aidtheboss.com/scotland-fm2010-time-machine/

If you get any problems with installing, post here and I will try to help. You need patch 10.2 for them to work and details on how to install them are in the post. Feel free to check out my blog whilst your there I have just created it, and feel free to comment on anything I have posted with anything you want

    Enjoy guys!

So far, just the one country for each all leagues loaded. Going to get about 7 or 8 single countries done first, and then i will make a large one. Decided this because a save game with every league loaded for 7 or 8 countries will be a huge file and make most computers go really slow, so will do two types but single countries first, hope that makes sense.

im not knocking this idea but why not just start a game without real players loaded. surely the only difference is that you will not have the likes of wayne rooney and ronaldo managing later in the game. plus i have found it sorts the men from the boys in fm managing terms as you literally have no idea of any good players in the game and have to start from scratch and build it up steadily, especially if you have your previous experience as semi professional and randomise what team you will be. all prejudice against teams is lost this way and i have had many great games

    Err... whoosh?

Not knocking what you're saying but I think you're missing the point.

Yeah you could if you wanted to start a new game, but the idea of this was to fast forward time and start in any year with real players, or the later years with regens. Plus some people just like to go forward and look at how players have turned out etc

I'm posting this so people are aware:

These save-games are likely started with 10.2 (?) and therefore *some* features fixed in the patch (10.3) would be unavailable - those you need to start a new game, as starting this save-game is not a new game.

    Thanks for this.

The only questions I have are about what leagues are loaded and what database size.

For each nation is it just being run with all the leagues from that country loaded?
Also, what is the database size?

    Thanks.

I think it's useful although it's on the verge of cheating but it's up to the player how they want to play. Personally, I'm going to check how Verratti develops, thanks.

Sorry mate, I interpreted you saying nice idea in a sarcastic tone as you mentioned earlier in the post it wasn't his idea. Silly me.

I just put the "time machine" because its a different way of saying 'saved games from 2010-2025 for all diferent countries on fm2010'. I know FMPortal used to have it a couple of years ago but I thought I would remake it seeing as that's not reallly active anymore and thought it would be a nice download that is there for any fm fans if they wanted it.
