I can't get the National managers job

I'm five years in, I am described as a legendary manager, my rep is World Class, I've won 5 SPL titles in a row with Rangers using just Scots, and Craig "I've never won anything in my life" Levein gets the job ahead of me with a National rep. Most of the team (Scotland) are my players.
