Array out of bounds

I've been playing 2010 since it came out and have hit a snag. The game is at July 2011 and AI recommends a coaches meeting. I press on the button and it displays an array out of bounds, and that leads to a crash dump. Has anyone run into this problem? If so, is there a fix?

For what it's worth, I fixed my own problem. I have one scout and he wasn't assigned. So if you are getting the same problem when the AI suggests a staff meeting make sure your scout(s) is/are assigned. Give it shot, it can't hurt.
