i can't seem to find how to look at my youth coaches on the training screen. i think i'm being blind but where is it??

Go to your U18's and then, choose the 'Coaches' tab. This will show you all of the coaches at your club who are eligible to train with the U18's. You can then edit what they can train your players in to improve your training.
