Think you should just get yourself 'knighted' thru the nickname function for your achievements (many titles, WC won, bringing Mohiddin Jr into the game). Sir Mohammed Mohiddin.

Then set a target for Jr - if he accomplishes a treble of EPL (done), La Liga and Serie A titles, or if he wins the WC with England, 'knight' him too.

It's not a matter of how long you stay at a club. It's just random, with obviously extremely low chances of happening.

I've only seen it happen with managers who stayed at one club for a long time, but that's of course no valid argument

Anyway I decided to stay at Juve for at least 20 seasons (if not sacked), if I don't have a son by then I probably ruined all my chances finding a fertile woman ! I would go with juan carlos if the scout says he has good potential. It depends whether he'd be any better than your present strikers though.
