question for someone from SI

hello. i am managing go ahead eagles. first season i got on one year loan 6-7 young players from different teams.they helped me get promoted. when the season ended they ,of course,returned to their teams since i didn't have an extend loan option. immediately after they returned to their teams i made loan offers for most of them. and i got some of them back.so they were away for..let's say 2 days. my question is: is the team chemistry affected? i mean i have almost the same first 11 as last season but the players are viewed as new signings. I know that every new transfer needs time to adjust to a new team. I was just wondering how does the game view this? is the player adapted to the squad and tactics or is he a new signing again?
