Ok, so i'm managing liverpool for 3 seasons, win the league, Champions League, etc.
I check on my profile and where it has the bars with the England (full bar), Scottish (half bar) now i have a bar with a quarter of Poland i mean what the hell, the only remote thing i have close to Poland is Lukas Podolski
ive never played a game in Poland or sent out a scout there.
Does anyone know why this is?

Have you interacted with any Polish manager or have a Polish player who favours you?
I have knowledge of Israel as I gave Avram Grant a couple of good comments while he was at Juventus, and Nani has given me knowledge of Cape Verde while I was at Manchester United.

check your coach's/scout's if they got knowledge then you get it. also if you have a feeder club from that nation you do as well
