Players Ignoring Your Training Instructions

When,during a backroom meeting, often with me it says "Recommend that Player X should slow the ball down more often" or "Player Y should be trained to try killer balls often". If I instruct the player to do this, 70-80% of the time they do, but sometimes players refuse. I think you should be able to tell the player to. Can you imagine IRL a Man Utd player telling Sir Alex that his advice was crap and they wouldn't do it? Would not happen.

Agree with this. There should also be an option for cancelling these instructions when players do accept them.
