Where do I find out percentage of spendable transfer money?

In past FM games you could find out what percentage of recouped transfer money from sales you get to keep...I can't seem to find it...I only ask because have started a game as Portsmouth and can't seem to find it, sold diop for £3 million and only got £150,000 of it (yes I know our financial situation is dire!

yeah thats where im looking! using netbook skin tho could some stuff be missing?

Yeah, on Steklo's skin when you go to the affiliated clubs page, the buttons to request a parent/feeder club is not there. I like the basic dark skin anyway, so that will do.
