Player Intelligence

According to most of my scout reports, through many different games, i have come to the conclusion that 80% of FM players are all retarted.

I find this very frustrating, as i dont like to have anymore then 3 players with 'poor intelligence' in my whole team. And i do find it a bit unrealistic that most players on FM have a very poor understanding of the game.

Also, how is this worked out? What factors/stats affect the players footballing intelligence.

Surley i'm not the only one who gets frustrated by this.
