crouchaldinho Posted December 19, 2009 Share Posted December 19, 2009 I have a pre-season schedule which I put everyone on. I obviously play some friendlies to get match fitness and I rotate the players during each match. One good tip is to lower closing down and go easy on the tackling during pre-season.
