an idea for loans in the future

i've always found it annoying if you loan out a youngster and the club doesnt play him and you can't recall them if the clause isnt in, or if there was a fee upfront, so i was thinking that maybe it could be implemented that you can negotiate with the loanee club to release the player back to you

for instance if a club loans a player for a season for £600K and after half a season they havent played your player you could negotiate the release of the player, by paying back £300K, or something along those lines

what do you think?

it is possible to do in real life, liverpool were thinking of doing this with san jose who is on loan at bilbao because he wasnt playing but now he is playing so we decided not to do it
