hhhonlyfan Posted December 10, 2009 Share Posted December 10, 2009 does anyone know when the bulgarian transfer windows open and shut please as the only work permit club i could be paired with in my fm is in bulgaria but when i try and send youngsters there they say cannot be loaned outside of transfer window. i have tried from december right through to my 15th january game date much appreciated and just for the record im loving this football manager!!!:thup: Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
