does anyone know when the bulgarian transfer windows open and shut please as the only work permit club i could be paired with in my fm is in bulgaria but when i try and send youngsters there they say cannot be loaned outside of transfer window.
i have tried from december right through to my 15th january game date
much appreciated and just for the record im loving this football manager!!!

look on the rules of the bulgarian league, it should then when the transfer windows are open or closed,

Do you have the Bulgarian league set as active??
