Bugs that repeat themselves over and over in FM versions

There are some bugs which people have brought up countless times but continue to occur in version after version. 2 that spring to mind are:

1. Coppa Italia semi final for example, when 20/23 first team squad are TRV from internationals.
2. Transfer sales- inability to sell quality players for 0, especially if the "wrong" sale method is used (offering too high at the beginning and going down slowly).
