xml parsing error..

Cheers guys,
Im playing Football Manager 09 when suddenly an error pop up in my screen (xml parsing error) saying 'not well formed (invalid token) at line 1 of speed.xml'..this happens everytime i click on matcthday..whats the cause of this problem?

i tried uninstall the game,and then reinstall but still the problem still exist..desperately want to play FM now..

I checked the link that u have given and do as instructed(deleting the settings)...and it WORKS!!!..yeay..
