Assistant Reports keep changing!

I'm getting a little ****ed of. My assistant keeps changing his mind on what rating to give players.
I bought a keeper and it said his potential was 3 and a half stars.
I looked the next day and it went down to 3 stars!

Same happened to my midfielder. One minute 3 and a half stars then 3 then back to 3 and a half!

What is going on?

This is true. Another mad situation is that first they advice that a player should be trained to drible down the left side, then in the middle and then down the right side. In general don't listen to them. For players' ratings use genie

I have a AMR that is described as world class and won world player of the year yet my ass man only rates him as 2 stars lol

Its not just changing season to season, its day to day.

The reason is that the stars are relative to your squad. If you buy a better player in the same position, the first player's stars will decrease.

If you want, you can think of it as him rating the player higher after only a scouting report, but after seeing the player in training day after day has lowered his rating of that player.
