Although in my Gooners game ive just completed my 100th game in Febuarary 2009.

You have to remember, i started out in the Bss, so therefore the salary wasnt very big the first 10 years or something

Spent a long time in the lower leagues with AFC Telford. I always go for the lowest wage offered too.

Also Dafuge's challenge here with Merthyr Thydfil, currently january 2019. This is my second season in championship, I haven't won anything I played one final last season, lost it although I deserved to win.
But I'm playing only with welsh players and with welsh staff, it's not easy at all, specially hiring staff!!!
Best facilities and academy, since my welsh players have low wages and I have made Merthyr rich, but still no field expansion, and I'm always filling it since being at championship.
Of course I'm not team's favourite, ungrateful chairman XDDDDD

I thought taken boreham from BSS to Premier league and champions league glory was enough.. or maybee to be the biggest and richest club in the world, starting with a balance on 50k to make it 400mio euros..

Its a similar situation. Except the Australian clubs dont release players all the time. Thats what happens in the MLS and then the players dont get singed again for a year. So I have players with no club in my squad. But the difficulty is similar. New Zealand probably has worse players but they have easier qualification.

I find that it is extremely easy to promote a conference side if you select a lot of playable leagues because its easy to find players who want to come and play in england. For example I used to include all leagues from Ireland Scotland, Sweden, Belgium etc.

But you succeeded with only the english leagues. Thats impressive.

I found extremely easy to promote a conference side playing with english players, so I only play with welsh players, and only those in the national squads or suggested by my scouts.

Adding more countries only makes the game harder, since they sometimes buy welsh players but don't produce them (excluding wales)

I won't be able to win EPL in 200 years, my chairman sells my best players to other teams so I struggle to achieve 17th place XDDDDD
