hi me and my brother are about to start a new network game in italy but neither of us are familiar with the rules and regs regarding team selections, transfers, etc.

how many foriegners can you play and register?
are there any rules with regards to playing under 21yr olds like scotland?
peowned players. how does this work and what are the benefits?

In game if you click on the league table you can then click on "Rules" This will show you the rules for that league/country
